BMW fanboy, the next few stinging words. BMW might consider a V6 for the next generation BMW M3. No, we do not write I6 - we're talking about three on one side and three on the other.
According M3post.com, BMW is probably one of the four directions. The first is the suggestion that present the S65 V8 BMW M3 and add a pair of turbochargers to it. Now we are all in favor of adding forced induction motor, but would walk F10 M5 M3 ground.
Another rumor BMW plugs as a filler, or a modification (ie stress) of the N54 version online turbo-six or twisted (ie, off-key) version of the F10 M5 S63 engine twin-turbo V8. The most interesting rumor, however, is that BMW might consider a turbocharged V6. CA BMW is willing to hurt people's feelings fanboy in love with the six-cylinder engine online? If that means a better M3, anything is possible.
